John J. Martin

John Martin is an assistant professor of law at Quinnipiac University School of Law. His scholarship focuses on election law, with a concentration on campaign finance regulation and election administration. John’s works have been published in numerous leading law journals and cited by fellow academics, federal courts, and the House January 6th Committee. Before entering academia, John was a legal fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice. He holds a JD from Columbia Law School.
