Marcia Longdon is a partner on the immigration team with the international law firm Kingsley Napley. She has practiced in the area of immigration, nationality, and European law since 1998. She has had a long career in immigration law and is passionate about the field. With 20 years working in immigration, she is considered a leading expert on corporate immigration, HR policy, compliance, and risk analysis. She is the international co-chair of the ABA Immigration & Human Trafficking Committee for the Employment and Labor Law Section. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Westminster and her law degree at The College of Law in the UK.
