Salomon Chiquiar-Rabinovich is the founder of his own firm where he practices business immigration law in Boston and provides organizations with advice and training on organizational DEI. He is the chair of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Section for Attorneys with Disabilities and their Allies, founder and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Attorneys with Disabilities Committee.
Chiquiar-Rabinovich provides employers and professionals with temporary and long-term immigration solutions for furthering business and employment objectives in the U.S. He advises multinational corporations in their inbound and outbound immigration management and staffing solutions for a global workforce. In addition to his immigration law professional experience, he has served in state and federal government positions and has played a leadership role in professional organizations, including the ABA, and advocating for the advancement of diversity and inclusion.
He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree at Georgetown University, a master’s degree at Boston College, his JD at Georgetown Law, and his Ph.D. at UMass Boston.
