Nate Alder values the organized bar. Nate believes in leadership mentoring, asserting that lawyers much embody principles contained in the Rules of Professional Conduct, especially the Preamble which states that lawyers are “public citizens having special responsibility for the quality of justice” in society. Nate was president of NCBP in 2019-2020 and is the current chair of the National Legal Mentoring Consortium, a nonprofit organization.
