Hayley Cousin is the Executive Director of Community Justice Advocates of Utah (CJAU). Building on her experience leading the first Utah program to train nonlawyers to deliver legal services, she founded CJAU to empower nonlawyer advocates working with tenants, survivors of abuse, and individuals facing medical debt. Hayley’s work is grounded in the principles of community collaboration and legal empowerment. She graduated from BYU Law with honors and is a member of the Utah State Bar.
