Kristin Tyler is the co-founder and chief brand officer at LAWCLERK and a founding partner at the Las Vegas office of the law firm of Garman Turner Gordon LLP where she chairs the firm’s estate planning and probate practice group.
Her practice is focused on estate planning, asset protection, probate, and guardianship matters. She helps families design and implement comprehensive estate plans through trusts, wills, and other techniques for estates of all sizes including upwards of $50 million. She has authored a number of published articles and presented at local seminars regarding estate planning and probate.
At LAWCLERK, Tyler calls herself “the chief cheerleader” and helps guide a team dedicated to providing law firms with remote associates and freelance attorneys to help them focus on increased efficiencies, lower overhead, and better profits.
Tyler earned her bachelor’s degree and MBA at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her JD at the University of Nebraska College of Law.
