Judith Resnik

Judith Resnik is the Arthur Liman Professor of Law at Yale Law School. Her research and teaching spans courts, federalism, imprisonment, equality, and citizenship, and she is an expert on the relationship between democratic practices and government services, particularly courts and prisons. As a practicing lawyer, Resnik has argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. She is the author and coauthor of many books, monographs, and articles, including Representing Justice.
